This elegant piece can appear almost black until the light begins to dance with it bringing out the rich hues of plum and amethyst.
The color chosen symbolizes royalty, ambition and wisdom.
I began creating “Amethyst Rain” over 2 years ago and it’s now complete in 2022!
Its a signed original featuring the Wynn Encapsulation Frame ™️ which means the wood and glass-like surround are all one piece, with the art literally floating within it.
It’s a tricky technique that risks the whole piece of art if not done 100% perfectly.
